Lately, actually not just lately, I have wanted to do it for a while and now with the fact that I have a full time job it's possible, is to take a short trip away when I finish the degree.
I'm thinking in September, mainly because I will need annual leave and I will need a little in my savings bank.
But where to?
Las Vegas?
Paris?
London?
New York?
Or stay in Australia, and visit Melbourne or Queensland?
It would only be for a week maximum. Totally open to suggestions. And if you would like to come, I am totally open to having a travel buddy!

The problem with all those awesome places is that a week just isn't long enough! How exciting that you finally get a chance to do what YOU want though!
I think a week would be fine. It wouldn't be like I would travel to anywhere else, just that exact location. If I wanted to see more I know I would have to stay longer..
But realistically, I don't have the money or the time to be able to. Maybe next year I can take a month off :)
A week just isnt enough to see any of the overseas places, better off saving up and going for 3wks-month. Maybe try asia? Thailand? Bali? Singapore? Or go to NZ? Shorter plane rides but you get to escape to somewhere completely different for a bit ;o)
The only problem with going to Europe and the USA is that it would eat up too much time (4 days of a week) and you'd get barely any time to relax and have fun and recover. I would recommend no further than Japan (haha, but I am incredibly biased!). How about Singapore? Not too far, cheap, clean, safe and excellent shopping!!!!!
